Steven Habbi, MBA

Steven Habbi founded Engage Strategic in 2007. Prior to its inception, he managed an extensive client list and directed complex projects on an end-to-end basis in the market research and strategic planning field. He also completed an MBA at the University of Guelph, where he specialized in marketing and resort development. Steven completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Acadia University. He is currently enrolled in the University of Calgary Certificate Program in Real Estate Development (CPRED), an accredited program of the Canadian Institute of Planners. Steven's balanced education and real world experience enables him to provide results driven research and strategic planning.

Steven's career has enabled him to develop effective business relationships with a broad range of professionals. Steven is an active Calgary Chamber of Commerce Tourism Committee member. He has also volunteered his time on numerous occasions to guest lecture courses at Mount Royal College's Public Relations program, Entrepreneurial program and SAIT Polytechnic's Retail Marketing Course from 2004-2006. Steven also volunteered his time since 2004 with GlobalFest to direct the overall market research program helping GlobalFest become Calgary's leading multi-cultural festival. His consultations are also used by CAUSE Canada to inform their marketing and outreach strategies to help them empower communities and individuals in disadvantaged regions to overcome poverty and improve quality of life.

Outside of the office Steven is an active sportsman and recreational enthusiasts and plays on 2 Calgary soccer teams. He is actively engaged in other sports including, mountain biking, fly-fishing, snowboarding, hiking and golf.
